Just a quick note today. I’m getting ready for the summer classes at SCAA. We’re running a full class schedule this summer for the first time in a long while. Usually we just have a few workshops.
Our theme this week was Red, White and Blue Stars. I started with a red-dotted starfish on the sand from Pixabay. I colored the body blue, and then tried white, but I didn’t like either one, so I ended up changing the red dots to blue and the body to red -- much more dramatic. The flag is also from Pixabay, and the white starfish from AdobeStock. I used a simple step & repeat transformation to make the star circle.
